Shipping Policy
All items ship within 2-14 business days. Shipping depends on stock, geographic location, and demand for items requested. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If someone has special shipping circumstances, please contact USPS/UPS/ or FedEx. We do all of our shipping through USPS and FedEx express except for international packages which are handled through UPS.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note we do not issue refunds. If you would like to exchange the merchandise within 30 days after purchase, mail the original items to the address listed above. We will only accept exchanges on merchandise that has a manufacturer's defect. Please note you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. You will have 24 hours from your order submission to provide any shipping address changes and we will do our best to make the requested changes. BlaQue reserves the right to grant or deny exchanges depending on the circumstance of each individual situation.
